西方经济地理学的政策研究综述--基于CiteSpace的知识图谱分析

摘　　要：经济地理学的政策研究是经济地理学与公共政策学相互借鉴的产物,用于解释经济、空间和政策三类要素的互动关系。近年来,政策研究日益受到西方经济地理学者的关注,并成为西方经济地理学研究的新方向。文章选择Web of Science(WOS)作为文献搜索引擎,选取西方最具代表性及权威性的4本经济地理学杂志作为文献来源,将1970—2013年英语文献记录作为数据源,利用动态网络分析的信息可视化技术和工具(Cite Space)对这些数据进行文献共引分析和聚类分析,绘制了经济地理政策研究前沿的知识图谱,反映出经济地理政策研究领域的重要文献和重要人物,展现了经济地理政策研究领域的知识结构关系与演进规律。研究发现:1西方经济地理政策研究经历兴起、衰落和回归,政策研究已经成为西方经济地理学难以回避的主题。2西方经济地理政策研究方法从单方面追求理论方法或定量方法,向定性与定量相结合发展。3西方经济地理政策研究模式从理论分析、政策评估发展为政策参与,关注政策实施和政策可行性。4西方经济地理政策研究前沿,衍生出9个知识聚类,包括:经济增长、创新知识网络、全球化治理、公司和产业转移、城市经济、地方化治理、空间政策、国家与移民问题和区域发展。Policy analysis has been an important sub-discipline in western economic geography literature. Since 1870＇ s, economic geography has begun to focus on, policy research. Nowadays, the policy analysis of the western economic geography is developing and transforming from phenomenological analysis to the impact analysis of policy. The data resource of this research is came from top-4 journals in the western economic geography field. This paper uses the method of Citespace II to analyze and find that： （1） Western economic geography scholars pay increasing to policy analysis from passively to actively. （2） In western economic geography, policy analysis experienced the rise and fall and rise again; economic geography is difficult to bypass the subject of policy analysis.（3）Research methods of policy research is transforming from political economics and the ideology analysis to the quantitative and qualitative analysis.（4） The policy analysis of the western economic geography not only analyzes the social phenomenon, but also increasingly focuses on the feasibility of the policy implementation.
