运用一体化指挥平台实施联合指挥的效能评估

摘　　要：建立了运用一体化指挥平台实施联合指挥效能评估指标体系,并采用物元分析理论构建了基于一体化指挥平台的联合指挥能力的评估模型,利用改进的层次分析法构造权重判断矩阵,计算了一级指标关于评估对象的相对权重及二级指标关于一级指标的相对权重,进行了基于一体化指挥平台的联合指挥效能评估计算。为运用一体化指挥平台实施联合指挥的效能评估提供了一种较为可靠的方法。The establishment of an integrated command platform for the use of joint command effectiveness evaluation index system, and the use of provenance analysis assessment model was constructed based on the theoretical joint commend capabilities integrated command platform. Hierarduoal structare improred assay heavy right judgement matrix was used to calculate a lerel indicator to assess the relativs weight of the object on weight and secondary indicators relative weights heavy on level indicators. A joint command effectiveness assessment calculations based on integrated command platform was conducted. The use of an integrated command platform for the implementation of the joint command effectiveness evaluation provides a more reliable approach.
