摘　　要：交互式电子技术手册(IETM)作为信息化保障的重要手段,将会成为装备保障的重要力量,其研制流程关系到手册研制的效率与效益,影响装备保障的效果。论文结合欧标S1000D,分析IETM的研制流程,提出了信息集生成的过程,最后结合实例,生成相关的信息集和数据管理需求列表(DMRL),验证了信息集生成过程的有效性,能够促进IETM研制的效率与效益。Interactive Electronic Technical Manual（IETM） is an important means of support informatization. It will become an important strength of equipment support, and the process to develop a manual concerns its efficiency and benefit, influencing the result of equipment support. This paper analyzes the process to develop a manual in European standard S1000D, presents a process to generation information set, in the end, generates a information set and a data management requirement Iist（DMRL） about an example to check the availability of the process of generation, reaching the purpose to prompt the efficiency and benefit of the process to develop a manual.
