摘　　要：近年来,伴随着经济全球化的发展、国家政策的有力支持,跨境电子商务犹如解开束缚的猛虎,呼啸而来。2014年商务部、国家质量监督系统更是纷纷出台各项规章、文件公告对跨境电子商务进行监管。因此,结合跨境电子商务发展现状及相关规范性文件的解读,分析政府跨境电子商务的监管现状、监管失灵并提出规制建议,具有重大的理论与现实意义。With the development of economic globalization and the strong support of national policy, cross-border E-commerce develops with great momentum.In 2014, the Ministry of Commerce and State Administration of Quality Supervision System released regulations, announcements and documents to inspect the cross-border E-commerce.According to the current situation of cross-border E-commerce development and related normalization documents, the paper analyzes the current inspection status and dysfunction of inspection of cross-border E-commerce, as well as suggestions to standardize the industry.
