摘 要:第Ⅲ热交—换器在硫酸生产中表现出:热交换能力显著不足;烟气流通阻力大;在下花板处的部分换热管的底部已腐蚀烂通,出现渗漏痕迹和壳程向管程串气的内泄漏现象。通过采取将大量换热管由缩放管改为光管的检修措施,使生产中出现的问题基本得到解决。此外,还对在本次检修作业中,拆和装换热管时遇到的检修困难及针对困难尝试自行设计制作吊管工具也作了介绍。During operation,the heat exchanger Ⅲshows: insufficient heat exchanging capacity; large resistance in flue gas flow; corrosion penetration of part of the heat exchanging tubes at the lower checker plate,there are signs of leakage,and internal leakage of air from shell side to tube side. With the overhaul measure of changing large amount of heat exchanging tubes from shrinkage tube to naked tube,the problems during operation is basically resolved. In addition,the difficulties occurred during dismantling and reinstating the heat exchanging tubes,and the design and fabrication of tube hanging devices during this overhaul are also introduced.
