摘  要:为分析破片冲击起爆多层盖板炸药的作用机理及影响因素,应用非线性动力学分析程序AUTODYN对钨合金破片冲击起爆多层盖板Comp B炸药的作用过程进行了数值模拟,采用升降法对不同工况进行了数值计算,获得了相应的冲击起爆阈值速度,并结合计算结果给出了钨合金破片冲击起爆多层盖板Comp B炸药的基本规律及影响因素;结果表明:除盖板形式及破片的着靶姿态对冲击起爆阈值速度影响明显外,破片冲击盖板产生的二次破片对炸药起爆具有重要影响。In order to analyze the mechanism and influence factors of fragment impact initiation multilayer plate explosive,the process of tungsten alloy fragment impact initiation multilayer board Comp B explosive was simulated by numerical method applying nonlinear dynamic analysis program AUTODYN software,u-sing the lifting method to proceed numerical calculation for different working conditions,and the corre-sponding shock initiation thresholds were obtained,and the basic rules and influence factors of multilayer board Comp B explosive impacted by tungsten alloy fragment were given according the calculated result. Results show that in addition to the cover form and the target pose of fragment affect the impact initiation threshold velocity obviously,the secondary fragments deriving from fragment impact plate has an important influence on the detonation.
