摘  要:为了提高机组的调峰、调频性能及运行经济性,开发了新的协调控制系统,介绍了利用凝结水节流参与负荷调节、锅炉智能超调、汽机调门阀限自动调节等技术,实现汽机高压调门全开下的机跟炉的协调控制方式(CTF)以及新的一次调频功能。投用新型协调控制后,经过现场一次调频模拟试验得出,得出了新的一次调频能够满足上海电网对火电机组一次调频的性能要求的结论。In order to improve unit' s peak adjustment, frequency modulation and economic performance, new type coordinated control system has been developed. The article introduces using condense water throttling in load adjustment, boiler intelligent override, steam turbine limit governing value automatic adjustment, which realizes coordinates Turbine Follow (CTF) and brand new primary frequency modulation under the condition of steam turbine high-pressure governing value adjustment to full open mode. When the new type coordinated control system is put into use and test result is verified by primary frequency modulation simulation, it comes to conclusion that new primary frequency modulation can meet Shanghai power grid structure thermal power unit primary frequency modulation performance requirement.
