摘 要:ERP沙盘综合模拟作为经济管理类专业培养应用型人才的特色实验课程,在提高学生学习兴趣、分析能力与实践能力方面取得了显著的效果。传统教学方式下,该课程存在规则复杂、账目不平、课堂时间有限、内容同质化等问题,通过引入翻转课堂、课堂充分指导、教学与竞赛相结合、新增实验内容等一系列改革措施,能够改善教学组织和效果,并有利于课程在更广泛的专业范围内开设。As a unique experimental course for students majored in economics and management, the ERP sand table simulation has achieved a remarkable effect on enhancing students' learning initiative, and analyzing and practical ability. In traditional teaching, usually there are problems like intricate rules, difficulties in balance sheet, insufficient teaching hours, sameness for different majors. To smooth teaching and improve effect, several measures have been taken including the flipped classroom, adequate in-class guidance, participating national contests, and introducing contents according to different majors. The practice of the reform indicates a positive result and will facilitate to offer courses for students in other majors.
