摘　　要：分析了锌铝涂层的防腐机理。通过对底涂结构与底涂+面涂结构在涂层附着力、抗破坏能力、耐盐雾能力、摩擦因数稳定性4个方面进行对比,验证了面涂层的重要性。The anticorrosion mechanism of zinc-aluminum coating was analyzed. Through comparison between priming structure and priming ＋finishing structure from four aspects, such as adhesion, damage resistance, salt fog resistance and friction coefficient stability of coating, the importance of finishing coat was verified.
