摘　　要：为了培养药学专业学生的主动性和积极性、动手能力及创新能力,提高药剂学实验的教学效果,开设药剂学开放性实验,改变现有的实验教学内容、教学方法及考核机制,使得学生的创新能力、综合素质及教师的实验教学能力大大提高,实现教师、学生双方共赢,为培养高能力、高素质的新型药学人才打下坚实的基础。Aiming to cultivate the student＇ s initiative, operation ability and creative ability, and to improve teaching efficiency of pharmaceutical experiment, opening experiment teaching of pharmaceutics was set up and the existing teaching content, teaching meth- od and examination policy were reformed. The students＇ creative ability, comprehensive quality and the teachers＇ teaching ability were improved. It may achieve a win-win situation between students and teachers, and lay a solid foundation for the culture of high capacity, high qualified new pharmaceutical talents.
