摘　　要：针对大学生专业承诺的现状及其与学业倦怠、人格特质等存在的关系,提出采取对高考学生进行专业选择指导,调整和优化高校专业设置,加强大学生专业思想教育以及职业生涯规划设计指导等措施,提高大学生专业承诺水平。In view of current situation of professional commitment of college students and its relationship to learning burnout and personality of students,this paper puts forward some ways to improve the level of professional commitment of college students by instructing the college entrance examination students to choose their majors,adjusting and optimizing programs ＆ specialties, strengthening the ideological education of college students and guiding career planning of them as well.
