摘　　要：本文以学生非正式组织为研究视角，从类型、主要特点等方面介绍了其存在于西部高校的组织形态;深入分析了发挥其在高校育人环节中作用的重要意义，并就如何加强管理提出了相关对策建议。This paper has introduced organizational forms of some Western universities of China from a perspective of students＇ informal organizations. Meanwhile, it has made a profound analysis on the role they have played in universities＇ edu- cation. In addition, it has put forward some proposals for strengthening the management of these organizations.
