摘  要:研究讨论了含酸原油性质,并考察了变黏酸、胶凝酸以及残酸返排速度对原油破乳脱水的影响。结果表明,含酸原油胶质、沥青质、机械杂质含量越高,油水界面膜越稳定;酸化压裂液和盐酸质量分数分别达到7.5%和1.5%时,含酸原油在实验条件下基本不能脱水;残酸返排速度越大,乳化越严重,含酸原油破乳脱水越难。In this paper, many properties of acid crude oil are presented; and the effects of the flowback speed of variable-viscosity acid, gelled acid, and residual acid on both demulsification and dehydration are studied. Result shows that(1) the higher is the contents of gum, asphaltene and mechanical impurities of acid crude oil, the more stable is the oil-water interfacial film;(2) when a mass fraction of both acid fracturing fluid and hydrochloric acid reaches 7.5% and1.5% respectively, the acid crude oil can't be dehydrated under a laboratory condition; and(3) the faster is the flowback speed of residual acid, the more serious is the emulsification and the more difficult are the demulsification and dehydration.
