摘　　要：在康复机构运行诸要素中,康复治疗专业人员是最重要核心要素,拥有高素质康复治疗人员是康复机构的核心竞争力所在。如何构建科学规范的康复治疗专业人员的职业发展体系是行业内急需解决的重要问题。作者从康复机构运营管理中的人才培养要素角度出发,运用国内外比较分析方法,系统阐述康复治疗人员职业发展方面存在的问题,旨在加快建构更加系统全面的康复治疗人员的职业发展体系。Rehabilitation therapists, among many other factors, is the core factor influencing operations of rehabilitation institution. Good rehabilitation staff also makes up the core competence of rehabilitation institutions. How to build a standardized and scientific career development system for rehabilitation therapists is a problem demanding prompt solution. This paper started from the standpoint of rehabilitation personnel training in the field of operations management of rehabilitation institutions, and used comparative analysis method to analyze domestic and international situations. It gives a systematic account of the problems impeding career development for rehabilitation therapists, and aims to build a more systematic and comprehensive career development system for them.
