摘　　要：随着沿海开发区经济发展,沿海工业经济发展迅速而居民生活消费发展相对滞后,造成新的沿海开发区中COD/BOD值较低,再加上沿海地区的区域特点,使得沿海地区城市污水处理厂出现了难以生化处理的问题。着重研究了沿海地区城市污水出现生化处理困难的原因、解决问题的办法,为沿海新开发区建设中城市污水的处理提供相关的技术方案和技术参数。With the economic development of the coastal development zone , the coastal industrial and economic development is rapid and the other residents′living consumption is lagging behind , re-sulting in a new coastal development zone COD /BOD low , coupled with the regional characteristics of the coastal areas , making the coastal areas of urban sewagetreatment plant of the difficult problems of biochemical treatment.This study focused on the reasons for the difficulties of urban sewage in coastal areas of biochemical treatment solution to the problem , and provide relevant technical pro-grams and technical parameters for the construction of a new coastal development zone in the city sew -age treatment.
