摘　　要：（接上期）4矿业公司可供选择的投资范围在扩大联合国及沿海国家进一步扩大深海底勘查开发的准入。澳大利亚、加拿大等国部分放宽了铀矿禁令。页岩气开采政策被很多国家提上议事日程。阿富汗、巴基斯坦等国进入矿业开放国之列，不过在吸引外商政策上各国存在分异。In 2014, the international relationships in the field of mineral resources and mining policies of various countries are under evolution. The cooperation, competition and dispute have extended to the polar regions, deep-sea floor and outer space. Mining projects are still faced with sovereign and mining right risks. The conflicts between mining activities and various stakeholders happen constantly, while the international dispute solution system is faced with a few challenges. The space and scope which can be chosen by mining activities are expanding. The resource nationalism is further spreading in developing countries. Mineral resource management systems remain in change.
