摘 要:自1991年以来,我国大洋矿产资源开发事业取得了长足进步,包括大洋资源调查、技术装备研发、国际事务方面等。然而,与西方发达国家相比,我国大洋矿产资源开发事业仍存在较大差距,调查装备质量、标准化和国产化水平均仍较低,深海采矿、冶炼技术较为落后,商业化开发步伐远落后于发达国家。在西方国家广泛开展深海矿产开发技术研发的情况下,我国应加强深海矿产商业化开采的顶层设计研究,深化深海调查采矿冶炼技术研发,推动技术设备通用化和标准化。China has made great progress in ocean mineral resource exploitation including ocean resource survey, R&D of technology and equipments and participation in international affairs since 1991. However, compared with western developed countries, China still has a big gap. The quality, standardization and percentage of home-made parts of China's survey equipments are still low. The mining and smelting techniques used for commercial exploitation of deep sea minerals still lag behind developed countries. Under the background of the extensive R&D of deep sea mineral exploitation technology in western countries, China should intensify efforts to study the top-level design of commercial exploitation of deep sea mineral resources, deepen the R&D of survey, mining and smelting techniques of deep sea mineral resources and promote the generalization and standardization of the technology and equipments.
