摘  要:西太平洋区域非生物资源十分丰富,该区域的大陆架区是世界石油最丰富的地区之一,这一海域也是整个大洋中富钴结壳最为富集的地区之一。在西太的非生物开发利用方面,油气资源最为成熟,其勘探开发主要集中在鄂霍次克海、黄海、东海及南海等边缘海区,其他资源均处于勘探或实验阶段。就目前资源利用趋势来看,未来海洋资源与生态保护的矛盾将加剧,技术进步也将推进资源的商业化开采,此外对资源的管理也将更加严格。因此,要进一步推进我在西太非生物资源的开采利用,一是要加快推进南海南部的油气开采进程;二是要大力发展深海资源开发技术。The Western Pacific region has very abundant non-biological resources. The continental shelf area in the region is one of the areas richest in oil in the world, and this sea area is also one of the sea areas richest in Co-rich crust in the whole ocean. In the exploitation and utilization of the non-biological resources in the Western Pacific region, the exploitation and utilization of oil and gas are the most mature. The oil and gas exploitation is mainly concentrated in the margin sea areas such as the Okhotsk Ocean, Yellow Sea, East China Sea and South China Sea. Other resources are in the exploration and experimental stages. According to the trends of the resource utilization, the contradiction between oceanic resource exploration and ecological protection will be intensified, and technological progress will also promote the commercial exploitation of oceanic resources. In addition, the management of oceanic resources will be increasingly strict. Therefore, China should further carry forward the future exploitation and utilization of the non-biological resources in the Western Pacific region, including to accelerate the process of oil and gas exploitation in the south China Sea and to vigorously develop the technology for exploiting deep-sea resources.
