摘　　要：对世界各国透析支付主体、方式、额度及配套政策进行了阐述与分析比较,并通过美国、泰国等国家及中国台湾、中国香港等地区的案例介绍,分析了透析支付政策对患者透析选择的影响,最后针对中国(大陆地区)现状,提出科学确定支付方式与内容、完善配套政策、以经济手段鼓励腹透发展的建议。The article introduced and analyzed current dialysis payment policy all around the world,including the payer,payment model,amounts and related support. Then,the article presented advanced experience in other countries such as the Untied States and Thailand and areas such as Taiwan and Hong Kong as typical cases to illustrate the relationship between dialysis reimbursement and dialysis choice. It was suggested that the government pay for appropriate content through advanced payment model,provide sufficient supporting policies and develop peritoneal dialysis by financial incentive.
