摘　　要：介绍了半潜式运输船的主要特点,分析了其在战略投送、军事海运和由海到岸装备物资输转等方面的潜在用途,展望了我国半潜式运输船的动员潜力,并对如何最大程度发挥这种动员潜力提出了建议,使半潜式运输船在军事海运和海上后勤保障中能发挥更大的作用。The main characteristics of semi-submersible vessels are introduced in the paper,with their potential uses in many im- portant military fields such as the strategic projectlon,military marine transport and sea-to-shore transference of military prod- ucts analyzed, and some useful suggestions put forward to give full play to the mobilization potentiality so as to enable the semi- submersible transport vessels to play an even greater role in military marine transport and naval logistic support.
