摘　　要：桥梁是铁路快速网络的重要组成部分,保障桥梁正常运营是确保铁路网络完好畅通的关键环节。在分析桥梁损伤因素和破坏形式的基础上,结合铁路桥梁应急保障特点,从加强高铁桥梁快速修复能力和平时应急保障体系建设两个方面提出了高铁桥梁应急抢修的保障措施,以提高快速反应和快速抢修能力。Bridges are an important component of a rapid railway network. Ensuring the normal service of concrete bridges is the key link to ensure the perfection and free-moving of it. Upon the basis of analyzing both the damage modes and damage factors, and with the emergency support characteristics of railway bridges taken into account, some emergency support measures for rush-repairing railway bridges are put forward in the paper from the aspects of improving our rapid repair ability and strengthe- ning the emergency support system in peacetime in order to improve our rapid responding ability and rapid rush-repairing ability.
