摘 要:目的 观察慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases,COPD)合并外周骨骼肌功能障碍(Peripheral skeletal muscle,PSM)患者炎症因子IL-6、IL-8及IL-10水平及代谢指标情况.方法 选择2012年7月~2013年7月在我院接受治疗的COPD患者86例作为研究对象,根据是否合并PSM进行分组,其中COPD合并PSM组43例,COPD组43例,另选择在我院体检的正常患者43例作为对照组,检测并对比各组患者炎症细胞因子水平的情况及各组患者代谢指标的情况.结果 COPD合并PSM组和COPD组患者血浆IL-6、IL-8水平显著高于对照组(均P<0.05),但IL-10水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05).COPD合并PSM组患者血浆IL-6、IL-8水平显著高于COPD组(均P<0.05),但IL-10水平显著低于COPD组(P<0.05).COPD合并PSM组和COPD组患者FINS、LP水平显著高于对照组(均P<0.05),而IGF-Ⅰ水平低于对照组(P<0.05).COPD合并PSM组患者FINS、LP水平显著高于COPD组(均P<0.05),而IGF-Ⅰ水平低于COPD组(P<0.05).结论 COPD患者合并PSM和机体的炎症作用及代谢异常间联系较为紧密.Objective To observe the inflammatory cytokines IL-6, IL-8, ILq0 levels and metabolism of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (Chronic obstructive Pulmonary diseases, COPD) with peripheral skeletal muscle dysfunction. Methods 86 COPD patients according to whether with or without PSM were divided into the COPD and PSM group (43 cases) and COPD group (43 cases). 43 normal patients were selected as control group. The inflam- mation the levels of cytokines and metabolic indices were observed. Results IL-6 and IL-8 levels of COPD combined with PSMD group and COPD group of patients with were significantly higher than those in the control group (P〈O. 05), but the IL-10 level was significantly lower than that of the control group (P〈0.05). IL-6, IL-8 levels of COPD combined with PSMD group of patients with were higher than that in COPD group (P〈0.05), but the IL-10 level was significantly lower than that in COPD group (P〈0.05). FINS and LP levels of COPD combined with PSMD group and COPD group of patients with were significantly higher than those in the control group (P〈0.05), while the IGF-I level lower than that of the control group (P〈O. 05). FINS and LP levels of COPD combined with PSMD group of patients with were higher than that in COPD group (P〈0.05), while the IGF-I level lower than that of group COPD (P〈0.05). Conclusion COPD and the inflammatory effect of PSM and metabolic abnormalities links more closely.
