摘　　要：载脂蛋白E受体2(Apo ER2)是一种细胞表面糖蛋白,广泛存在于体内多种组织细胞中,且能够与多种结构和功能各异的配体相互作用,在信号转导中起重要作用。文章主要对ApoER2的结构与生物学功能以及ApoER2的表达与疾病相关性进展作一综述。Apolipoprotein E receptor 2 （ApoER2）,a kind of cell surface glycoprotein, widely existing in many tissues of body cells, can interact with a variety of different structures and functions of ligand, and plays an important role in signal transduction.This paper mainly reviews the research progress about the structure of ApoER2 and its biological function, ApoER2 expression and relative diseases.
