摘　　要：通过对栝楼有关文献和实验研究资料的收集整理、归纳总结,得出栝楼有扩冠、改善循环、防止动脉硬化、抑聚、抑菌、抑胃酸、抗癌、抗衰抗缺氧、抗心律失常、降脂、降压、降糖、镇咳、通便、美容等药理作用。同时对其提出的新观点、新理论也作了初步提炼与升华,为进一步探究栝楼的作用机理、临床应用、科学配伍、新药研发、质量监控等提供了理论基础和实验依据。By collecting relevant literature and experimental conclusions, we summarized the main pharmacological effects of Gualou （Trichosanthes Kirilowii Maxim） as follows： dilating coronary artery, improving circulation, inhibiting of gastric acid, pre- venting the formation of atherosclerosis, inhibiting platelet aggregation, anti-bacteria, anti-aging, anti-anoxia, anti-arrhythmia, re- ducing lipid, reducing blood pressure, reducing blood sugar, relieving cough, catharsis and cosmesis. Meanwhile, the new opin- ions and theories mentioned in the literature are made a preliminary refining and distillation, what provides theoretical and ex- perimental basis for the further research and discuss, clinical application, scientific compatibility, new medicine research and de- velopment, also quality supervision and inspection of Gualou （Trichosonthes Kirilowii Maxim）.
