摘 要:目的观察实施品管圈在降低食管癌根治手术患者全麻苏醒期导管脱出率的作用。方法成立品管圈,对食管癌根治手术患者全麻苏醒期导管脱出进行原因分析,制定相应措施并实施,进行效果观察。结果食管癌根治手术患者全麻苏醒期导管脱出率由活动前的2.3%下降到活动后的0.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开展品管圈活动降低了食管癌根治手术患者全麻苏醒期导管脱出率。Objective To study the effect of quality control circle (QCC) on reducing incidence of catheter pulling-off during recovery period among patients undergoing radical esophageal cancer surgery. Methods After the establishment of QCC team, the causes of catheter pulling-off during recovery period among patients undergoing radical esophageal cancer surgery was observed and analyzed, and then the countermeasures were drew up and implemented. Results The incidence of catheter pulling-off during recovery period decreased from 2.3%before the activity to 0.4%after activity (P〈0.05). Conclusion QCC activity can reduce the incidence of catheter pulling-off during recovery period among patients undergoing radical esophageal cancer surgery.
