摘 要:基于深圳市27栋非政府办公建筑的能源审计数据,从建筑样本基本信息、用能系统形式、总能耗及空调分项能耗等方面进行统计与比较,分析了深圳市非政府办公建筑的能耗特性,并对深圳市大型非政府办公建筑的空调能耗特性进行了重点研究。结果表明,深圳市非政府办公建筑能耗较高,空调能耗占较大比例,空调冷站是节能潜力的重点,空调冷冻及冷却水泵是深圳市非政府办公建筑节能改造的一个方向。Based on the energy audit data of 27 non-governmental office buildings in Shenzhen, this paper counted and compared the respects of basic information, energy system form, and total energy consumption and breakdown energy consumption of air conditioning, analyzed energy characteristics, and focused on the research of air conditioning energy consumption characteristics of large non-government office buildings. The results showed that energy consumption of non-governmental office building was high in Shenzhen; Energy consumption of air conditioning accounted for a large proportion; Air conditioning cooling station was important of energy-saving potential; And chilled water pump and cooling water pump of air-conditioning was a direction of energy saving alteration for non-governmental office buildings in Shenzhen.
