摘　　要：迄今为止,病毒性心肌炎的发病机制仍未完全明了.但是,病毒对心肌细胞的直接损伤和免疫反应导致的心肌损害已被人们所共识.近年来,机体的遗传易患性在病毒性心肌炎发病中的作用越来越受到人们的重视.该文就此方面国内外的研究进展进行综述.The pathogenesis of viral myocarditis is still not fully understood so far.However,the viral damage to the myocardial cells directly and immune-mediated injury of the myocardium have been a consensus.In recent years,the genetic susceptibility in the pathogenesis of viral myocarditis has attracted more and more attention.This review summarizes the research progress of the genetic susceptibility at home and abroad.
