中国旅游用地研究发展特征及其影响分析

摘　　要：旅游用地研究对于促进现阶段我国旅游业可持续发展和保障土地利用社会效益最大化意义重大。文章以中国知网期刊和维普科技期刊全文数据库(1988-2011年)中的139篇文献作为研究数据,运用文献检索法、分类统计法、逻辑分析法等方法对中国旅游用地研究发展阶段特征及其影响进行研究。研究结果表明:(1)中国24年来的旅游用地研究发展过程可划分为起步和快速发展两个历史阶段,各个阶段研究发展特征差异明显;(2)旅游用地研究发展整体特征主要表现为:1旅游用地研究的文献总数呈上升趋势、2文献质量在不断提高、3发表研究文献的刊物数量逐年增多、4高等院校始终是研究主力军,说明旅游用地研究逐渐受到学术界的重视,其学术地位逐渐得到提升;(3)旅游用地研究对土地、旅游实践与理论发展的影响主要表现在对已有学科研究内容和理论的完善、学科交叉融合的促进以及对研究实践问题的重视与优化。There was not so much attention paid on tourism land use research before the middle age of 1980s, as the tourism industry developed so late in China. Tourism land does not belong to the first class or second class of the present land classification system of land use in China, However the impact on the development of tourism industry, the transfer of social life, the transformation of consumption style and the land use plan from tourism land use cannot be ignored, and which become the hard limitation for Chinese tourism industry growth, consumption style transformation and social life change within the completely approaching and deep developing of leisure era. As the Mass tourism age is coming, the problem of tourism land use has attracted the eyes of government officers＇, tourism industry managers and tourism researchers more and more frequently within the growth of building land caused by tourism industry development and the lack of available land resource. Many scholars and research organizations, from different field and different discipline, have done a lot research on the problem of tourism land use, which have published a great many papers on it. However, it is hard to get the full view of the tourism land use research by a single aspect, so we should do the literature review on what people have researched on tourism land use to know the development stage feature, the research direction the research difference and the research shortage. After the literature review we can find that there are few researches on the literature review and impact analysis of tourism land use in China. This paper has tried to analyze and conclude the feature and status quo of development stage of China＇s tourism land utilization researches. It has undertaken statistical analysis from literatures quantity and quality, quantity of journals and the first author respectively by indexing CNKI and VIP science and technology journal full-text database （1988-2011）.The results indicate that the research process of land utilization
