摘  要:以胜利褐煤为研究对象,分别采用水洗和酸洗法除去煤样中灰分,应用红外光谱、氮气吸附法、热分析等对煤样进行表征,系统研究了水洗、酸洗过程对煤样的结构和燃烧特性的影响.结果表明,水洗对煤样的结构及燃烧特性影响不大,酸洗增加了煤中含氧官能团的数量,累积孔结构从1.5nm开始显著减少,比表面积由原煤的5.13m2/g降低到2.41m2/g,减小了53.02%.动力学分析显示,原煤(SLR)、水洗煤(SLD)、酸洗煤(SLA)的燃烧反应级数分别为2,2,1,在挥发分析出及煤焦的形成阶段,SLR,SLD和SLA的活化能分别为5001.30,3698.95,17110.08J/mol,而在煤焦的燃烧阶段,SLR,SLD和SLA的活化能分别为40991.58,40065.07,44712.98J/mol.In order to research the effects of ash removal on the structure and combustion char- acteristics, the ash of Shengli lignite were removed by water-washing and acid-washing, re- spectively. The oxygen-functional group, pore size distribution and combustion performance of coal samples were characterized by Fourier infrared spectrum (FT-IR), Nitrogen adsorption method and TG-DTG analysis technique. The results show that the effect of water-washing on the lignite structure is not remarkable. The acid-washing increases the amount of oxygen-func- tional group, significantly decreases cumulative pore volume from 1.5 nm and reduces specific surface area from 5.13 m2/g of raw coal to 2.41 m2/g. The kinetic analysis of lignite pyrolysis reveals that the combustion reaction orders of 2, 2 and 1 are found to be an effective mechanism for SLR, SLD and SLA, respectively. During the volatile matter releasing, the activation ener- gy of lignite SLR, SLD and SLA is 5001.30,3698.95,17110.08 J/tool, respectively. While during the combustion of coal coke, the activation energy of lignite SLR, SLD and SLA is 40991.58,40065.07,44712.98 J/mol, respectively.
