摘  要:对全尺寸直腿半圆形拱架进行了室内试验和数值分析,室内试验表明:拱架的变形破坏呈现“拱腿内挤,拱顶外凸”的特点,拱腿和拱顶部位的钢材达到塑性状态,极限承载力Fe=1228kN.针对充填C30~C80强度混凝土以及壁厚4~12mm的SQCC拱架的数值分析表明:SQCC150-8-C30拱架的极限承载力为1217kN,拱架极限承载力差异率为0.89%,拱架变形破坏特征和钢材的应力应变状态都和室内试验结果吻合.通过数值分析可见钢管壁厚比核心混凝土强度对拱架极限承载力的影响更为显著;建议壁厚8mm,C30或C40核心混凝土强度的SQCC拱架较为适用.Laboratory tests and numerical modeling of straight leg semicircular arches with the scale of 1 : 1 were conducted. The laboratory tests indicated that the characteristics of deform- ation and failure of arch are "the legs deform inward while the crown deforms outward". The steel at the legs and crown reach the yielding state, with the bearing capacity is 1 228 kN. Re- sults of numerical modeling of C30--C80 grade concrete and SQCC steel arch of wall thickness of 4--12 mm show that the limiting hearing capacity of the SQCC150-8-C30 arch contering is 1 217 kN, and the difference ratio in the limiting bearing capacity is 0.89%. The deformation and failure characteristics of the arch and the state of stress-strain of the steel match those ob- tained in the laboratory. The numerical modeling also shows that the influence of wall thick- ness of steel tube is more significant than the concrete strength. Therefore, the SQCC arch with 8 mm thick C30 or C40 center concrete is recommended.
