约翰·杜威教育思想对我国青少年运动员培育的启示

摘　　要：运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法对杜威教育思想进行分析,杜威教育思想主要体现在以下方面:注重培养学生的学习兴趣;多进行实践活动,积累实践经验;关注学生在学习中的中心地位;学生的教育不应脱离现实生活,学生的学习过程也就是学生的生长过程等。以杜威教育思想中蕴含的体育思想指导青少年运动员的培育,具体应注意对运动员兴趣的培养;在运动训练过程中积累经验,提高运动员的身体素质和运动技能;以运动员发展为中心,加强人文关怀;在运动训练中强化道德教育等方面。通过发掘杜威的教育思想指导运动训练实践,促进青少年运动员身心的全面发展,推动我国体育事业的可持续发展。John Dewey＇s educational thoughts are mainly reflected in the fallowing aspects：cultivation of students＇ interest in learning;increase in practice and accumulation of experiences;concern for students＇ central position in their study;connection of the classroom to real life, as the learning process is also the students＇ growth process. The present article aims to delve into John Dewey＇s thoughts on physical education and explores ways to use his thoughts to guide young athletes in their sports life. Attention should be paid to experience accumulation in the development of young athletes＇ interest, physical abilities and motor skills;athletes＇ development should be given top priority and humanistic concern;moral education should be strengthened in their athletic training.
