摘　　要：介绍了国外普遍采取的"原油管理"及预处理的概念及其具体内容,并通过实际案例展示了采取原油预处理对改善电脱盐效果起到的良好作用。For impurities removal from the crude oil, the domestic refineries generally focused on the electric desalting unit but ignored the crude oil management and pretreatment process which lead to less ef- fective results. This paper introduces the abroad conception and components of crude oil management and pretreatment and combined with cases for applying the crude pretreatment to improve the effect of electric desalting.
