摘　　要：近年来,伴随着我国经济社会的高速发展,各种复杂的社会矛盾日益凸显,公安工作面临着新的挑战。与此同时,广大公安民警承受着来自多方面的压力。工作环境复杂、压力大、风险高、工作超负荷等问题导致一些民警心理健康状况差,职业认同感低,厌战情绪高,缺少归属感和安全感,甚至出现严重的心理危机问题,制约了公安队伍的战斗力。客观、综合地分析公安民警心理危机问题的成因,有的放矢地提出解决问题的对策,成为亟待解决的重要课题。The police officers are entrusted with the sacred mission and responsibility to consolidate the people＇s democratic dictatorship regime and safeguard the interests of the people, who must create new achievements in the practice of fighting crime, maintaining social order and serving the people. In recent years,along with the rapid development of China＇s economy and society, a variety of complex social contradictions become increasingly prominent, so that the public security work is facing new challenges. At the same time, the majority of police officers are under pressure from the manifold. Complex work environment,stresses, high-risk, overload work and other problems led to some police in poor mental health, low occupational identity,high weariness, the lack of sense of belonging and sense of security, and even serious psychological crisis, which restricted the fighting power of the public security team. Objectively and comprehensively analyzing the causes of psychological crisis of the police and proposing targeted solutions have become important issues to be solved.
