摘　　要：研究了碳链组成对脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠(MES)性能和应用的影响。对几种不同比例的混合碳链C12/14/16/18MES的性能进行测试。结果表明,与C12/14MES和C16/18MES相比,3种不同碳链比例C12/14/16/18MES的Krafft点、cmc、发泡力和去污力等性能得到优化。应用于液体洗涤剂中,C12/14MES、60/40MES、50/50MES的配方样品在低温时可以保持透明的外观。Effects of carbon chain on performance and application of MES were investigated in detail. Results showed that compared to C12/14MES and C16/18 MES, such performance as Krafft temperature, cmc value, foaming power and detergency of C12/14/16/18 MES were optimized. Application of MES with mixed carbon chain in liquid detergent was investigated. Results showed that detergents containing C12/14MES. 60/40MES. 50/50MES were stable and kept transparent at low temperature .
