摘　　要：在全球出版业转向数字出版和我国出版体制改革向纵深发展的时代背景下,河北省学术期刊在数字化转型中也在探索新的发展模式。应用SWOT分析方法,从优势、劣势和机遇三个方面对河北省学术期刊数字化发展中所具有的内、外部条件进行综合分析,提出多途径延伸期刊品牌、联合构建全新的数字化期刊平台、培育数字出版复合型人才、健全数字出版版权保护机制、促进期刊国际化传播等的发展策略。Under the global digitalization of the publishing industry, the Hebei academic journals are faced with both opportunities and challenges. By using the SWOT analysis, this paper studies the internal and external requirements comprehensively from four aspects, strength, weakness, opportunity and threat. Strategies are proposed in extending the periodicals, constructing the brand-new digital periodical platform, cultivating the integrated talents, strengthening copyright protection and promoting the develop- ment strategies of internationalization in communications.
