基于福利获得的城市农民工幸福感研究——以河南875个样本为例

摘　　要：基于福利是否影响幸福这一问题,通过对河南省875份城市农民工生活状况问卷的分析,描述了城市农民工的福利获得状况,分析了福利获得对其幸福感的影响。研究发现,当前城市农民工依然处于福利缺失状态,这种福利缺失影响着他们的幸福感。基于福利获得提升城市农民工的幸福感,就要以改革户籍制度消除社会福利分割,以推动整体性治理破解社会福利碎片化,以重塑社会认同推进农民工市民化。Based on the issue whether welfare affects happiness,we analyzed the data which about the living conditions of mi-grant workers in Henan province. We described the welfare attainment of migrant workers ,and analyzed how the welfare at-tainment affected their happiness. The study found that migrant workers are still in the welfare loss in city ,which affects their happiness. If we want promote the sense of happiness of migrant workers based on welfare attainment ,we should reform the household registration system to eliminate the social welfare division ,promote the holistic governance to break social welfare fragmentation, shape social identity to accelerate the migrant workers ’ citizenry.
