海南粪箕笃根茎中总生物碱含量的测定

摘　　要：[目的]建立海南粪箕笃总生物碱含量测定的方法.[方法]以盐酸小檗碱为对照品,溴甲酚绿为酸性染料,在缓冲溶液pH =5.4条件下,于421 nm波长处测定其吸光度.[结果]粪箕笃在0～ 15.75 μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好（r=0.999 5）,平均回收率为103.21％,RSD =0.30％.[结论]该法简便、灵敏度高、重复性好,可用于粪箕笃总生物碱的含量测定.[ Objective ] To establish a method for the determination of total alkaloids in Stephania longa L. from Hainan Province： [ Method ] With berberine hydrochloride as the control, bromocresol green as acid dye colorimetry, the content of total alkaloids in Stephania longa L. was determined by spectrophotometry at 421 nm and sodium citrate buffer solution at pH =5.4. [ Result] The linear ranges of the total al- kaloids were 0 - 15.75 μg/ml （r =0.999 5）. The average recovery was 103.21% （RSD =0.30% ）. [Conclusion] The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, which can be used for content determination of total alkaloids in S. Ionga.
