摘 要:[目的]了解云南省楚雄州猪衣原体病的流行情况。[方法]从楚雄州部分规模化猪场及散养户采集1257份猪血清,采用间接血凝试验进行猪衣原体感染的血清流行病学调查。[结果]共检出阳性样品232份,阳性率为18.4%。在规模猪场的956份样品中,阳性样品193份,阳性率为20.2%;在母猪样品132份,阳性样品38份,阳性率为28.8%;在育肥猪血清824份中,阳性样品155份,阳性率为18.8%。在散养户301份样品中,阳性样品39份,阳性率为13%;母猪样品53份,共检出11份阳性样品,阳性率20.8%;育肥猪248份中,阳性样品28份,阳性率11.3%。[结论]猪衣原体病在云南省楚雄州呈一定的流行趋势。[Objective] The research aimed to understand the prevalence of the porcine choamydiae infection in Chuxiong Prefecture of Yunnan Province. [Method]1257 serum samples were collected from some large-scale pig farms and scatter-fed farms in Chuxiong Prefecture. The serological survey on porcine choamydiae infection was made by indirect hemagglutination( IHA) test. [Result]232 positive samples were detected,and the total positive rate was 19. 4%. Among 956 serum samples from large-scale pig farms,193 positive samples were detected and the positive rate was 20. 2%. Among 132 serum samples from sows,38 samples were positive and the positive rate was 28. 8%. Among 824 serum samples of finishing pigs,155 samples were positive and the positive rate was 18. 8%. Among 301 serum samples from scatter-fed farms,39 samples were positive and the positive rate was 13%. Among 53 serum samples of sows in scatter-fed farms,11 samples of sows were positive and the positive rate was 20. 8%. Among 248 serum samples of finishing pigs,28 samples were positive and the positive rate was11. 3%. [Conclusion] Swine choamydiae disease appeared a low epidemic trend in Chuxiong Prefecture of Yunnan Province.
