吉富罗非鱼抗病选育品系的养殖效果评估

摘　　要：[目的]为进一步推广吉富罗非鱼抗病苗种提供参考。[方法]选择P2代高抗病家系与未选育的P0代鱼苗,在南宁市三塘镇及坛洛镇进行池塘示范养殖,测定其生长性能和抗病性能,评估吉富罗非鱼抗链球菌病品系的选育效果。[结果]在生长性能方面,2个养殖点的试验组和对照组生长速度差异不明显,但试验组的变异系数低于对照组;在抗病性能方面,2个试验组的养殖死亡率均在1%左右,而对照组的死亡率在10%左右;在养殖效益方面,2个试验组的养殖效益均高于对照组。[结论]经过2个世代选育吉富罗非鱼的抗病性能得到了较大提高,而生长性能也没有衰退。[ Objective ] The research aimed to provide references for further popularize the disease-resistant strains of GIFT tilapia. [ Method ] Po strain and disease-resistant breeding P~ strain of GIFT tilapia were selected to make pond demonstration culture at Santang Town and Tanluo Towns of Nanning City. Their growth performance and disease resistance were determined. And the breeding effects of resistant strains of GIFT tilapia against streptococcus were assessed. [ Result] From the growth performance, there was no significant difference of the growth rate between test group and control group in two culture sites. The variation coefficient of P2 strain was lower than P0 strain. The mortality rate of P2 strain was about 1%, and that of Po strain was about 10%. The aquaculture benefits of P2 strain was higher than P0 strain. [ Conclusion] The disease resistant performance of GIFT tilapia had been greatly improved after two generations of selection, and the growth performance had not declined.
