摘 要:[目的]明确三峡库区岸生植物野古草对水淹的耐受能力。[方法]试验设置了3个水淹处理,即对照、水淹根部(植株置于水中,仅地下部分被淹没)和水淹2 m(植株置于水中,顶部距水面2 m),3个水淹时间:40、60、90 d,研究了野古草植株在不同水淹处理后的恢复生长状况。[结果]野古草在水淹结束后的恢复生长期,其分蘖数、叶片数和地上部分生物量都不断增加,水淹处理植株的分蘖数和叶片数在经过60 d的恢复生长后还显著高于对照,不同恢复生长阶段的相对生长速率与对照几乎无显著差异。[结论]野古草植株在水淹后仍能表现出较好的恢复生长,具有较强的水淹耐受能力。[ Objective ] The study aimed to discuss the tolerance of the riparian plant ArundineUa anomala Steud. in the Three Gorges reservoir region to flooding. [ Method ] A flooding experiment was conducted and the recovery growth of A. anomala was analyzed. There were three flooding depth treatments, namely control, belowground submergence (underground parts of plants were submerged in water) and complete submergence with 2 m water depth (the distance from the top of plants to water surface was 2 m). Three flooding periods were 40, 60 and 90 d. [ Result] The number of ramets and leaves and the above-ground biomass of the plants subjected to flooding increased during the recovery period, and both the number of ramets and leaves were higher than the control after 60 days of recovery growth. There was no significant difference between various recovery periods in the RGR of the plants subjected to flooding. [ Conclusion ] A. anomala subjected to flooding had good recovery growth and showed good tolerance to flooding.
