摘 要:[目的]建立高压密闭消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定市售蔬菜中8种重金属的方法。[方法]以几种常见市售蔬菜为材料,采用HNO3-H2O2体系高压密闭消解蔬菜可食部位,电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定其中8种重金属含量,以铑和铼内标法在线加标校正,以国家标准物质圆白菜验证方法的准确性。[结果]试验表明,电感耦合等离子体质谱法下测定的市售蔬菜中8种重金属在线性范围内相关系数均大于0.999 3,检出限在0.003~0.06μg/L,加标回收率范围为95.6%~104.9%,相对标准偏差范围为0.53%~1.84%。[结论]该研究建立的方法样品前处理简单高效,样品测定准确、检出限低、灵敏度高,适用于蔬菜中多种重金属的同时测定。[ Objective ] A method for determination of heavy metals in vegetables by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) is proposed. [ Method] The samples were digested by a mixed reagent of HNO3 - H2O2 sealed vessels. Rh and Re were selected as internal standard,tocompensate the analytical signal drift. The method was verified by national standard substance elements. [ Result] It is shown that the linear correlation coefficient of 8 heavy metals is not less than 0. 999 3. The limits of detection(LODs) is between 0. 003 - 0.06 μg/L, standard addition recovery rate is between 95.6% - 104.9%. The relative standard deviations(RSD) is between 0.53% - l. 84%. [ Conclusion] The method is simple, accurate and highly sensitive for the determination of 8 heavy metals in vegetables.
