基于GIS的山地城镇空间拓展土地适宜性评价——以大姚县为例

摘　　要：基于GIS技术,针对大姚县山地城镇的特点,从自然基础类、社会经济类、生态影响类3个角度共选取坡度、地质灾害、地基承载力、交通通达度、城镇区位、建设规划、生态因子、农田保护8个弹性因子和矿产压覆、生态敏感性2个刚性因子参与土地适宜性评价,采用层次分析法确定评价因子权重,运用数学模型方法,通过多因子叠加分析对城镇空间拓展土地适宜性进行评价,并将评价结果与土地利用总体规划数据进行比对。结果表明,评级结果可划分为4个等级,其中一等高度适宜建设区面积为521.83 km2,占总面积的12.94%;二等中度适宜建设区面积为911.81 km2,占总面积的22.62%;三等限制建设区面积为1 290.66 km2,占总面积的32.01%;四等禁止建设区面积为1 307.54 km2,占总面积的32.43%。大姚县龙街乡东北部地区、赵家店乡的东南部地区、县城金碧镇坝子周边、新街乡中部偏西地区可以作为该县近期城镇空间拓展区域。According to the characteristics of mountainous towns in Dayao County, this paper selected eight elasticity factors, such as slope, geological disasters, the foundation bearing capacity, traffic accessibility, urban location, construction planning, ecological factors and farmland protection, and two rigid factors of mineral pressure and ecological sensitivity as the assessment factors of land suitability evaluation from the three angles of natural foundation, social economic, ecological effects to make land suitability evaluation for mountainous towns＇ spatial expansion based on GIS taking Dayao County for example. Analytic Hierarchy Process（AHP） was used to calculate the weight value for each factor, and the mathematical model method was used as the evaluation model, at the same time the multi factor overlay method was used to calculate the land suitability for town development of each grid. Then the evaluation results were compared with the overall planning of land use data. The results show that, the land of the mountainous towns was classified into four types, the high suitable construction area is 521.83 km^2 , accounting for 12.94 percent of the total area ; the moderately suitable construction area is 911.81 km^2 , accounting for 22.62 percent of the total area ; the restricted construction region is 1 290.66 km^2 , accounting for 32. 01 percent of the total area, the prohibit construction area is 1 307.54 km^2 , accounting for 32.43 percent of the total area. In Dayao County, the southeast of Longjie Town, the northeast of Zhaodian Town, the surrounding of Jinbi and the central west region of Xinjie Town can be used as the recent urban spatial expansion area.
