摘　　要：目的评价静脉用免疫球蛋白在治疗对激素不敏感或反复复发的桥本脑病的作用。方法对1例静脉用免疫球蛋白治疗桥本脑病进行报道,并进行文献复习。结果使用静脉用免疫球蛋白治疗取得良好疗效。文献中使用免疫球蛋白治疗对激素不敏感或反复复发的桥本脑病的例数为21例,其中11例患者疗效较好。结论静脉用免疫球蛋白可考虑用于治疗对激素不敏感或反复复发的桥本脑病。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of intravenous immunoglobulin（IVIG） on the treatment of the steroid-resistance or relapsing Hashimoto＇s encephalopathy. METHODS A case report was presented along with a review of the literature in IVIG therapy for the Hashimoto＇s encephalopathy. RESULTS A case of relapsing Hashimoto＇s encephalopathy was improved with IVIG therapy. There were only 21 steroid-resistance or relapsing Hashimoto＇s encephalopathy patients had been treated with IVIG in the literature and 11 patients had good prognosis with IVIG therapy. CONCLUSION IVIG can be considered as rescue therapy in the steroid-resistant or relapsing Hashimoto＇s eneephalopathy.
