摘　　要：目的:探讨舒芬太尼复合七氟烷麻醉在小儿扁桃体切除术中的应用效果。方法:选取120例小儿扁桃体切除术患儿病随机分组,分别采用舒芬太尼复合七氟烷、舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚麻醉。结果:观察组术后疼痛率显著低于对照组。结论:舒芬太尼复合七氟烷麻醉在小儿扁桃体切除术中应用效果显著。Objective To evaluate the application effect of sufentanil sevoflurane anesthesia in pediatric tonsillectomy. Method 120 cases of children with pediatric tonsillectomy disease were selected, they were randomly divided into two group, respectively using sufentanil compos- ite sevoflurane,sufentanil composite propofol anesthesia. Results In the observation group postoperative pain rate was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion Sufentanil in composite sevoflurane anesthesia in pediatric tonsillectomy application effect is remarkable.
