过渡期综合康复护理在前列腺增生症行前列腺摘除手术出院者膀胱排尿功能恢复中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨采取过渡期综合康复护理对于在前列腺增生症行前列腺摘除手术出院者膀胱排尿功能恢复中的必要性及其意义。方法:选取58例前列腺增生症患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组。对照组(29例):患者行前列腺摘除手术后给予常规护理模式对其进行护理;治疗组(29例):患者行前列腺摘除手术后给予过渡期综合康复护理模式进行护理。对两组患者进行随访和疗效登记,记录两组患者行前列腺摘除手术后膀胱排尿功能完全恢复所需要的时间以及并发症的消除情况。结果:治疗组28例所有患者均能正常排尿,而对照组仅有11例正常,两组数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。并且两组患者在并发症的消除情况是相当的,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:过渡期综合康复护理能够有效地促进前列腺增生症行前列腺摘除手术患者膀胱排尿功能的恢复,值得临床上的推广和使用。Objective To study the necessity and significance of application of transitional comprehensive rehabilitation care transition period in treatment of prostatic hyperplasia and prostate removal surgery were discharged in bladder function recovery. Method 58 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients were selected as research subjects,They were randomly divided into two groups. In the control group （29 cases） ： patients after prostate removal surgery was given routine nursing care model ;treatment group （29 cases） ： patients after prostate re- moval surgery transitional period of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing care model. Two groups of patients were followed for efficacy and reg- istration ,recording two groups of patients after prostate removal surgery bladder fimction fully restored and the time required to eliminate the complications of the situation. Results All patients in the treatment group could be normal urination, and only 11 cases of the control group werenormal,two sets of data,there was significant difference,with statistical significance （P 〈0. 05）. And the eliminate the complications of the situation in two groups of patients was considerable, two sets of data were not statistically significant （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The transi- tion comprehensive rehabilitation care can effectively promote prostatic byperplasia and prostate removal surgery to restore bladder function, which is worthy of promotion and use in clinic.
