摘  要:船舶下水用气囊采用锦纶帘子布缠绕制成。建立应力计算模型,根据受力分析可知,船舶下水用的气囊随着工作高度的不同,帘子布应有不同的缠绕角度;对如何选取最隹缠绕角做了研究,提出了最隹缠绕角的计算方法和强度校核方法。采用最隹缠绕角制作气囊,有利于发挥材料的最大效用,节省成本,并为研制更高承载力的气囊做了理论铺垫。Ship launch air-bags are made of Chinlon tyre-cord fabrics with twine method In this paper, the models of stress analysis are established According to stress analysis the twine angle of Chinlon tyre-cord fabrics should be varied in accordance with the working height of launch air-bags. The study is done on how to choose the optimal twine angle. The calculation method of the optimal twine angle and the check method of the tyre-cord strength are presented. The optimal twine angle is adopted to fabricate the marine air-bags, which is helpful for the biggest impact and cost savings. It also makes the theory for the development of higher bearing capacity air-bag.
