摘　　要：胃食管反流病(GERD)是一种高发疾病,严重影响患者的生活质量,中医药在治疗本病方面疗效显著。谢晶日教授认为脾虚为本病发生的根本,与肝脏关系密切,提出了从肝脾论治,为临床从肝脾论治本病提供了理论依据和治疗方法。The gastroesophageal reflux disease （GERD） is a high-incidence disease, influencing the patients＇ quality of life seriously. Traditional Chinese medicine has a good efficacy on the treatment of the disease, Professor XIE Jingri believes spleen deficiency is a essential reason for GERD associated with the liver closely and has proposed the treatment method which provides theoretical foundation and therapeutic method for treating the disease from liver and spleen for clinic.
