痨康汤配合西医抗痨治疗复治肺结核病的临床疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的：观察痨康汤配合常规抗痨治疗复治肺结核病的临床疗效及安全性。方法：以我院2012年1月-2014年1月收治的50例复治肺结核患者为研究对象,随机将其分为两组,各25例,对照组患者给予常规西医抗痨治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加痨康汤治疗,观察和比较两组病灶吸收、痰菌阴转、空洞闭合及并发症发生情况。结果：观察组病灶显著吸收率、空洞闭合率、痰菌阴转率分别为48.0%、48.0%、96.0%,与对照组20.0%、16.0%、60.0%比较,差异显著（P〈0.05）。同时观察组治疗后咳嗽、咳痰、发热等症状消失率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。另外,两组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：痨康汤配合西医抗痨治疗复治肺结核病疗效明确,并发症少,安全可靠,值得临床推广。Objective ： To explore the efficacy and safety of Laokang Decoction combined with conventional anti tuberculosis treatment on retreating pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods： 50cases of retreated pulmonary tuberculosis patients in our hospital from January 2012to January 2014as the research objects, were randomly divided into two groups, 25cases in each, the controlled group were given routine western medicine anti tuberculosis treatment, the observation group patients plus Laokang Decoction in treatment of tuberculosis based on the controlled group, observed and compared the incidence of absorption, the sputum negative conversion, cavity closure and complications between the two groups. Results： The marked absorption rate, cavity closure rate, the sputum negative conversion rate in observation group were 48% , 48%, 96%, compared with the controlled group of 20% , 16% , 60% , difference was significant （P〈 0. 05）. At the same time, the cough, expectoration, fever and other symptoms in the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the controlled group （ P〈 0. 05 ）. In addition, the rate of complications of two groups had no significant difference （ P〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The curative effect of Laokang Decoction combined with western medicine on anti tuberculosis treatment of retreated pulmonary tuberculosis is clear, with few complications, safe and reliable, is worthy of clinical application.
