现代针灸治疗围绝经期失眠选穴处方规律研究

摘　　要：目的：通过分析1999-2014年以来针灸治疗围绝经期失眠的临床文献,总结其选穴、归经、刺灸方法的临床应用规律,为制定针灸防治本病的规范化方案提供一定的依据。方法：通过查阅维普期刊全文数据库、中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据资源系统,采用文献计量学的相关方法,将纳入的临床研究文献中所选腧穴进行腧穴、经络、特定穴、部位等方面的统计及分析。结果：符合研究标准的文献共30篇,涉及44个穴位、276频次,平均每个穴位使用6.27次;相对频率由大到小依次为神门、百会、三阴交、肾俞、四神聪、内关、照海、申脉、关元、太冲、太溪。特定穴选用最多的是五输穴,其次是原穴和背俞穴。使用穴位数较多的经脉主要有足太阳膀胱经、足少阴肾经、任脉。分部取穴主要以下肢部和背部为主。结论：现代针灸治疗围绝经期失眠取穴注重循经取穴及特定穴的选用,取穴部位多集中在背部和下肢,本文可为针灸临床治疗围绝经期失眠提供一定的参考和借鉴。Objective： To summarize the rule of modern literature of acupuncture treatment of menopausal insomnia, so as to provide a reference for clinical practice. Methods ： Using CNKI and VIP （ 1999 - 2014 ）, we utilized literature metrology method analysis of the types, its use frequency, compatibility combination, and specific point classification division. Results： There were 30literatures which met the standard, involving 44points and 276times. Every point was used 6.27times oil average. The most commonly-used points included Shenmen, Baihui, Sanyinjiao, Shenshu, Sishencong, Neiguan , Zhaohai, Shenmat, Guanyuan, Taichong, Taixi. The selection of specific acupoint takes majority, while among the specific acupoint, five- Shu point was the most common. The most commonly-used meridians were bladder meridian, kidney meridian, Ren meridian. As far as choosing acupoint on body pans, the use of acupoint on the lower limbs and the back was most frequent. Conclusion ： The modern acupuncture treatment of menopause insomnia focus on acupoints along meridians, and also pay attention to specific aeupoint, the acupoint on the lower limbs and the back is most frequent. This article can provide a reference for clinical practice.
