清洁发展机制下我国碳市场价格研究

摘　　要：受国际经济不景气,欧盟碳排放体系配额过剩以及国际气候谈判前景不明朗等因素的影响,国际碳市场价格暴跌,持续低迷。文章在分析清洁发展机制下碳市场价格的基础上,探讨了清洁发展机制下我国碳市场价格现状,并从国际最终需求,投机需求,国内供给以及国内外政策因素四个角度分析了我国碳市场价格的影响因素,最后提出了稳定我国碳市场价格的政策建议。The international carbon market price has dropped sharply and remained weak because of the depression of the world economy, surplus of the quota in EU carbon emissions system, and uncertainty of international climate negotiations. Based on the analysis of the carbon market price under the clean development mechanism, this paper discussed the current situation of China＇s carbon market and the price of carbon market under the clean development mechanism, and analyzed the factors influencing the price of China＇s carbon market from the international market demand, speculative demand, domestic supply and policy, and finally put forward policy suggestions accordingly.
